I started playing airsoft as a way for my teenage son and me to spend some time together., Making memories, and becoming closer. My son and I couldn’t have more different play styles on the field.

He likes the run-and-gun, kicking-in-doors style with a dash of SpeedQB thrown in for flavor. When I started playing airsoft I was just in my 50s and there was no running and gunning for me, so I naturally gravitated toward the slower-moving style of sniping and DMRs. From this, Callsign-Longbow.net began as a humble blog to share our experiences and knowledge about the game of airsoft. the field.

I hope that my airsoft experiences will help others enjoy the sport and build lasting community relationships on and off the field.
